The goal of the Individual Stipend Program (ISP) is to provide BHMT-eligible employees with class and/or study time to assist them in attaining their education and career goals. ISP is supported by KP leadership and aligns with KP’s mission to prepare the workforce of the future. Download the flyer to learn more about ISP.
With your approval, your BHMT-eligible employees can apply to participate in ISP. Using the Manager Portal makes reviewing your employee’s application easy. With just a few simple steps you can review and approve or deny an application.
Visit manager.BHMT.org
Click the yellow Manage Your Team button in the upper right corner of the home page to log in.
Enter your NUID and Password to login and view the portal.
Click the down arrow next to ISP Applications to view any new or existing applications for your staff.
Locate the row with the employee’s application information. In the Manager Approval column, click on either the green Approve or red Deny button.
NOTE: If the regularly scheduled hours listed in the HRConnect Regularly Scheduled Hours column do not reflect their actual hours, click the down arrow in the Regularly Scheduled Hours per Manager column to specify their actual hours.
